On June 13th, 2019, a scandalous news story broke alleging Cuba Gooding Jr. had groped a woman’s breast in an NYC bar. He was arrested and booked for misdemeanor forcible toucing and third degree sexual abuse. His attorney is saying he saw no criminality in a recently leaked surveillance video of the event.

In the video, Cuba and his girlfriend Claudine de Niro are sitting on a couch at the Magic Hour Rooftop Lounge when an unidentified woman sits down on the couch next to them. Almost immediately, Cuba reaches over and puts his hand on the woman’s thigh, and not long after up to her breast. Another man walks over and starts dry humping and drawing attention to his dick, while taking away Cuba’s drink. The situation seems to de-escalate, but about 30 minutes later Cuba can be seen arguing with a bouncer.
